I went to Dermalounge for a facial last week. I had a Groupon for three facials, but they gave me just one facial that lasted only half an hour and I could have given myself at home. No analysis of my skin (except what I told them on their overly intrusive pre-treatment paperwork), no extraction. They didn't even give me a gown or a wrap to change into. I had come from work and spent the entire treatment worrying my dress would get stained. It was a disappointing treatment made worse by the constant product pitching. I would not return. 5
