Very unhappy. Had bikini line lasered. The area covered was VERY small, with much of my actual bikini line being ignored and only a very small strip treated. Laser was either set too low or some other problem as none of the hair was removed, and I have had treatments at other clinics where laser treatments were effective on me. Was charged $150 while a promotion was on for "bikini and underarms for $99". Had to bring it up myself after having paid to get the lower rate, even though it was very clearly advertised and was less than I paid. I understand that the equipment and insurance and overhead must add up to a lot, but for the three minutes this woman spent lasering her version of my bikini line, I'm quite certain they made an enormous profit from me. Glad I argued to get the refund and only pay $99 if I was willing to book for my underarms. Do not want to go back, but may try asking them to change the setting of the laser to get my armpits done since it's free now anyway.
