I was not able to make it to my appointment today due to the weather and icy roads - I admit my car is not that good, and I called and thought they would understand and let me reschedule but instead told me if I did reschedule I would have to pay twice. With so many other spas out there, I would think they would be considerate and try to keep their loyal customers but I guess they only care about one thing and that is money - when really they should care more for the safety of their customers.

I don't go to the spa very often, but when I do, Riverside Spa is my FIRST choice. The ambiance is so relaxing. From the front desk, to their steam room and showers... and their LOUNGE... so cozy. I've had massages, pedis, and facials... all WELL worth it.

I had the BEST hot stone massage from on Friday. I wasn't looking forward to it as I have never had a good experience with it before. I was so impressed and am going to make of point of going back at least once a month, especially during the cold months, to treat myself to a little bit of heaven! I loved the environment too.
