Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales efforts and serving as a leader for your territory
- Selling, leading, and managing the development of new business including mining leads, making calls, going on appointments, and closing sales
- Acting as a client advocate in order to create customized advertising packages that best suit your clients' needs.
- Tracking leads and revenue performance for your territory
- Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with your clients
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional with exceptional follow-up skills and the ability to close deals quickly. You must be a self-starter, smart on your feet, outgoing, personable, and able to work independently. You must possess strong communication and listening skills in order to understand and champion the clients' needs. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize are also critical for success. The chosen candidates will undergo a training program to understand the products and services that are being sold and to shadow existing sales professionals.
